Dear Recruiting Officer, I have been in pursuit of achieving skills pertaining high-quality critical analysis throughout my professional career and through this journey I have gained essential skills required for this position. I believe, given my experience, I will be able to exceed your expectation in performing the job. In 10 years of professional and academic experience, I have focused on harboring valuable skills pertaining to critical legal and policy analysis, research, customer service, legal procedures, logistical organizing and maximizing productivity. At Region of Peel, I have developed skills required to excel at this role. Over my course of employment at the Regional Municipality of Niagara, I led a project for eliminating discrimination against disabled population of Niagara region under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (2005). I'm very proud that the product of my work is set to assist 6000 families per year, followed by a corporation-wide change at Niagara Region Headquarters. I am beyond happy and grateful for this amazing opportunity by the Senior Leadership Team of Community Services department at Niagara Region. At Brock University Student’s Union I have served as a policy analyst influencing the University Senate decisions around educational and institutional policy. I have attended numerous conferences in different parts of the world and I am seeking a professional environment where I can exercise my skills more meaningfully. I have authored and resourced policy papers that were successfully passed by the General Assembly of Ontario Undergraduate Students’ Association (2018 fall session and 2019 Winter session) (GA- OUSA). In my six years of public speaking, parliamentary debating and employment in public administrations and advocacy sector I have gained excellent exposure to a range of logistical responsibilities of a policy analyst, a researcher, a leader and a logistical event host.
