I realize I may not be your typical candidate, but I know I would thrive in this position. Above all, I am a storyteller. I have written at least a dozen short stories and four feature-length screenplays. I am passionate about creative real, moving characters and surprising plots. I have a great ear for dialogue. I am a creative writer, poet, and professor of English. I earned a MFA in creative writing from Spalding University in 2005. I have studied creative writing, fiction, poetry and screenwriting extensively.
