When I was an Organizer of one of the largest conferences in Poland for young people and students "Baza Centrum" and large-scale Sports Events, such as ISC and ISCC in the UK I have become strong and highly efficient operations and PR specialist. That experience brought me to IT, where I currently work as a PMO, Associate Manager (BU Operations). The job mostly related to overseeing the Project from the contract signing stage (prepare the contract, etc.) to monthly deliverables (payroll check, margin level, staffing, etc.). After half a year in my previous job, I was nominated for the Best Consultant Management award for the year 2020 at Huawei Warsaw Research Center. Besides that, I got a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition for a record of outstanding accomplishments in the 2021 European Top Competition Talent Summit in Huawei Warsaw Research Center.
