Hello, My name is Yachna Vora. I am a student joining York University School of Continuing Studies for the Digital and Content Marketing Course in Fall 2022. I am applying for the position of Assistant Brand Manager - Advertising posted on LinkedIn. I have worked in the Branding Communications Department at FLAME University in India. I have been the Brand Coordinator, working closely with the creative agency on Visual Design language and consistent branding on various collaterals across platforms: Emailers, Presentations, Social Media, Website, Campus/Event Branding and other marketing materials like brochures, flyers and view books. I have been directly working with a digital agency on the written content for email marketing and Social Media posting along with video content (from ideation to final output) for Social Media and other promotional materials. I have also worked with a PR agency to create credibility for the brand through third-person endorsement. I have the ability to work in an individual as well as a team-based environment and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments to get the required information for creating marketing and promotional material. I have organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and big work volumes. I try to constantly keep myself updated with various Social Media platforms changing algorithms and technology. I have clarity of thought and the ability to think in the moment to make required decisions. I have working knowledge of Video Editing software like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Luma Fusion and design software like Procreate, Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
