I reduce complex subjects to simple, easy-to-understand ideas, and always strive to position my Employer's product or service as the solution to a Prospect's problem. The key to selling anything is to understand the Prospect's behavior, motives, and situation, and I use this knowledge in all my Copy to ensure high conversion rates.
