I worked at the Institut International d’Etudes Françaises. I taught French grammar and gave conversation classes to several groups with levels ranging from A1 to C1 according to the CEFRL. Thanks to this position, I found myself thriving in helping others to learn via different media such as Moodle for learning content, Zoom, or Bigbluebutton for online classes. In studying a BA in English Literature, History and Linguistics followed by an MA in Language Didactics, I have discovered and explored methods and insights I may put to good use in the career I would like to pursue. I also value the versatility virtual training can offer by using new technologies and immersion in the subject with serious games, workshops, and other media when it is relevant. I also worked as an e-learning designer at the Institut National du Service Public (formerly Ecole Nationale d’Administration). I thrived in using my creative side to build virtual training courses from the ground up with subject matter experts on several subjects. Being part of a team to complement each other and working with software such as Articulate Storyline that gives freedom of action is how I envision completing any project. I was given the opportunity to design tutorials and training courses for the trainer at the Institute as well as the students and I am always on the lookout to add new ways to work and design by seeking the latest software available and research papers on the matter.
