Hi Team, My recent job designation was Service desk analyst at Rackspace technologies. The job responsibilities were password reset in the Active directory, creation of new users, termination of employees. -Share drive mapping, setting up printers, Onboarding and offboarding of employees in Microsoft Office 365 environment. -Prior to that, I worked with Teleperformance as a customer support executive and supported GoDaddy client.The job responsibilities included website hosting, email troubleshooting, domain selling. -Also hold 1 year experience as a Technical support associate in Microsoft Office 365 process.
