Khushbu T. - 18997 Organizational Analyst from Mississauga

I have completed an internship in a Human Resources role at Prince Hyundai, India, that has helped build my analytical, administrative, and communication skills. As an HR Intern, I assisted in recruiting process, employee onboarding and managing daily HR activities such as conducting phone screens, communicating with potential candidates and maintaining relationships with passive talent. I collaborated with the Digital marketing team on employment branding campaigns. Through these experiences, I have learned to drive results in HR and research by effectively engaging with internal & external stakeholders. At York University, I was part of several research projects, where I completed and delivered projects on time and interacted with different groups of people. I took this as an opportunity to hone my communication and time-management skills. My strong interest in community building led me to pursue volunteer work at non-profits. In the past, I have volunteered for AIDS Walk Toronto, where I was focused on solving customer needs. I am currently working as a fundraising volunteer at the Asperger’s Society of Ontario (ASO). My role consists of organizing and planning various fundraising events, coordinating with the digital marketing team on developing social media content, reaching out to potential donors while maintaining relationships with existing donors and researching funding opportunities for ASO.
