I help startups, small businesses, entrepreneurs and coaches to automate their business growth. From devising a plan to implementing processes and systems, I take care of everything from SaaS and IT systems integrations, process automation, project management, operational & financial management and full-cycle accounting. In addition to that, I manage implementation, integration and automation of cloud platforms and processes, train and manage teams, prepare requirement specifications document; and have drafted SOPs, managed sprints, VoIP and other communication tools. I also take care of reporting and manage day-to-day operations and other ad-hoc tasks. I have run two summits - for a women empowerment coach and a fashion influencer and ran the entire project from start to finish. Being a CPA and an FCCA, I am well-versed in full-cycle accounting. I managed bookkeeping, prepared financial reports for decision making while working for a financial consulting firm and have hands-on experience with various accounting tools, QBO, Bill.com, HubStaff, Wave app, XERO, Suralink, MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Oracle, and Axapta 2009.
