With the utmost passion, I would like to express my interest in your esteemed organization; with 18 Years, of versatile experience in the IT field varies between the technical support Department and Management. for multi branches for the company. I believe my knowledge and skills have taken me from technical support to technical support team leader then to managing the company branches for the past 12 years increase and adding value to your objectives and future targets. After my graduation as Computer Engineer, my first role was as a technical support Engineer with a centralized department in the headquarters. We had several projects to support as a team and some projects assigned individually. Due to my high technical skills and my professional work in support and service the running projects and systems, " particularly the E-payment system," my department manager promoted me to be a resident engineer in the ministry of finance for two years of project implementation and maintenance contract. Within a year, I have attended the ITIL courses, which added a high value and shaped my technical support experience, leading to increased responsibilities and nominated me to handle the technical support team in Dubai and northern areas. During that period, I managed many clients and built a good relationship with all, which led to awarding significant projects and had a magnificent impact on the company; then the higher management decided to open a branch in Dubai and requested me to manage and operate it, then expanded and open other three branches in the Northern Emirates and manage to undermine and assigned to me the HR Manager role as well. Finally, my MBA is in progress at University Canada West (Vancouver) to shape and enhance my management skills and link it with previous experience skills, expected to graduate by June 2022 Worked as a seasonal sales advisor in the computer department at Best Buy and currently working as a customer service associate at The Brick.
