Effectively migrated over 1000 staff to be able to work from home in less than a month during the early days of COVID-19 by designing and successfully managing a plan to scale communications, secure remote access and increased security protocols for corporate hardware and software assets. Sourced and negotiated a new contract to reduce enterprise licensing agreements from $3M to $1.2M including strategically upgrading remote and administrative staff to Office365. Reduced costs by over $3M annually as the Product Owner for the design, development, and implementation of a new custom Video Management System (VMS) which allowed dynamic delivery of Corus digital video content and 30 live-streaming channels. This service enabled an increase in ad revenue by creating dynamic ad targeting and the ability to create a custom user experience.
