I'm a highly awarded multi-talented journalist currently working as a Television Reporter and Producer with Accessible Media Inc in Ottawa, a news media organization that meticulously represents the voices of the disability community in Canada. Working in media has taught me the art of relationship building. My work in TV has also forced me to become an expert at respecting daily deadlines while accurately telling a story. Aside from my work in media, I'm the Co-Chair of an Ontario health team: Kids Come First in which I lead discussions surrounding child and youth care in Ottawa and its surrounding areas as well as representing the voices of over 40 working group members. I'm also an active advocate for mens mental health, disability rights and the LGBTQ+ community.
