Gregory C. - 16136 Computer Programmer from Pickering

I am a recent Computer Engineering graduate from the University of Guelph. I am very interested in the Software Development position at the Geolance. Given my experience with various software projects and design principles, I firmly believe I would be an excellent fit for this role. I am a hard worker who is excited to develop my software design and engineering skills on the job. In the past, I have done multiple projects in Java including the development of a Dungeons and Dragons application as well as a Discord Bot. I have also used C to develop a linux shell and scheduling algorithm using various algorithms and data structures. These experiences taught me the importance of being precise in my work while also incorporating creativity into every project I complete. The opportunity to practically improve the software design skills that I have learned in school would greatly contribute to me to becoming a competent and well-rounded engineer. My desire to pursue a career designing and engineering software makes this experience indispensable. I am passionate and eager to take initiative, both qualities that are quite useful within a technical position such as this one.
