I have a Master’s in Business Administration, a diploma in Professional Event Organization and I have lived in 3 different countries. This life experience has helped me develop my language skills (I am fully trilingual in English, Italian and Spanish, and intermediate-basic French), and made it easy for me to work with different stakeholders. During my previous roles I was praised for my time management skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, my ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, being a strong problem solver, my written and verbal communication abilities in multiple languages and my event planning abilities. In all of my roles I have always commitment to excellence in all my client relationships (internal and external clients), I always go the extra mile to assure the projects are successful and the client’s expectations are surpassed. As a part of my daily job, I would plan local meetings with our local offices and international meetings with our head-offices in United Kingdom, US, Brazil, Switzerland, etc.; I would also make complex national and international traveling plans for our local and international executive directors, speakers, and invites. I oversaw and coordinated small, mid, and large-scale event productions (virtual, in person and hybrid events) for internal staff (recognition ceremonies, town hall, annual conventions, team building events, and all other type of internal events) and external clients (new product launching, annual dinners, roadshows, tradeshows, webinars, etc.). I oversaw the full event project management which included developing and monitoring timelines and schedules, budgeting, logistics, planning and delivering, hosting events, contracting third-party providers, inviting, and booking speakers, coordinating travels, transportation and accommodations, contacted clients, coordinated teamwork (ensuring a healthy work atmosphere that translated into success), etc. Part of my duties was also to prepare and manage our annual budgets and reports of our events and travels, always assuring we kept our expenses within the limits. I supported the increase of revenues and achievement of business goals by developing public and internal relationship strategies and campaigns through our communications and events. I worked with multiple internal and cross functional teams (such as Communications, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success) and external stakeholders, vendors, and agencies to assure that the marketing campaigns (project content, displays, presentations and information) and client deliverables were accurate and ready to be presented. My expertise also lies in coordinating and leading all types of internal and external communication on behalf of our executive director and the department such as changes in policies, newsletters, event communications, etc. I would love to work at Geolance and learn more about the position and the team.
