I joined Ascend at a pivotal time and was entrusted with leading the creation of practical technical applications in support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health (MOH), liaising closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define requirements to meet ambitious functional goals. I lead the development of a support ticketing system containing ~200,000+ tickets and 3,000+ users; while also championing the build of a reporting tool that provides the MOH visibility over all vaccine sites in the Kingdom, their vaccine inventory, and daily activities. In addition, I architect the Asset Management System for labs and hospitals, successfully optimizing inventory management and maintenance for the ministry.
