. I have Eight years of writing experience. I am a published author with my very own novel. My novel, “Rexdale Tales” was published through Life Rattle Press. I wrote a comedic book that features short stories from my ghetto neighborhood. The stories are about getting robbed for Kool-Aid, having your life threatened over a dollar and the horrific experience of rejecting a girl in the hood. I have an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, with a major in Professional Writing. I have held various positions as a writer. I worked as a video game journalist for The Nerd Stash and a writer for White Hat Wikipedia Consultants, where I wrote Wikipedia articles for smaller video games, gaming companies, and notable people in the gaming industry. I also worked with a literary agency as an intern, where I worked with many writers for shows such as 30 Rock, Kim’s Convince, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I currently work at Juice Worldwide, a postproduction company, as a project coordinator. The company works with film and television studios to get their projects onto streaming services. I help analyze files and communicate directly with the clients to ensure their films/shows are ready to be put onto streaming services. I troubleshoot files and bring them into our system where we package them for the streaming services. I also enter all the data needed for those services. I communicate with multiple high-level employees in many different teams. I am currently working on a stand-up set that I can perform at comedy clubs. I’m providing a link to an audio version of one of my stories. The production quality could be better, it was my first recording and I’ve upgraded my production quality and equipment since then.
