During my study in sports, culture and event management I volunteered and worked at a variety of events such as fairs, concerts or international sporting events. As a board member of a student association I learned to be organized, target focused and flexible in handling challenges. I was responsible for membership management, marketing and partnerships as well organizing student events. I’m a creative, positive and curios. I work passionately and enthusiastically to achieve the things I believe in and find solutions for everyone and everything. Being the head of the project Kufstein24 (a 24h sport event with multiple locations all over the city), I got the chance to combine my passion for sports in a great event partnering with local and national brands. My internship at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin was supposed to be the start into work life for me. Due to Covid unfortunately it turned out different than expected. Instead of organizing the Bundesliga Championship, BTE concerts or the Lollapalooza festival, I focused on the venue’s tourism and merchandise offers. I created a safe Covid-19 protocol for guided and individual tours. In reorganizing the merchandise store I did a business analysis, restructured the store and pricing, redesigned the merchandise collection and of course took care of inventory and internal sales. After graduating in 2020 I started working as a customer service representative where I learned all about the customer’s journey and how to improve it as well as identifying their needs and deliver outstanding results. I developed a high level of communication skills in writing and talking in several languages as well as flexible ways and project based approaches to achieve set goals. As the lead of several projects and especially as the Head of Project Management at shoutr labs UG (Berlin, Germany) I learned how to delegate, work under pressure and take over responsibilities. Being the Marketing Manager there I managed Social Media, wrote press releases, planned marketing campaigns and lead cross team meetings. I developed strong skills in team work, communication and time-management. I’m organized, target focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Taking over responsibility and working independently is not a problem for me and I welcome every chance to improve further.
