I successfully oversaw 9 people in my former role as a Crew Manager of Metropolitan Movers company. I was in charge of leading the moving process, as well as filling up all the contracts, auditing time sheets, and properly managing employee and customer complaints. My top priority was to make sure the jobs ran smoothly and all the issues were resolved quickly. I also worked as a Finance and Admin tech at recycling company. I was organizing collected data about variety of recyclable materials and preparing reports for finance team. During the past year I got experience in direct sales at Mazda dealership. As a sales consultant I learnt how to be well-organized and focus on the details.
