I have around three years of extensive industry experience working as a business analyst in reputed companies such as KPMG and Jindal Mectec. I am also a certified scrum master. Over the years, I have built a strong foundation in Business Analysis and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a thorough understanding of various methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile. I am highly experienced at Business Requirements’ elicitation and analysis, and translating them into technical and functional requirements via epics/user stories, thereby acting as a bridge between business and technology partners. I possess Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately in business and technical situations. In both of my previous roles, I was working on customizing and implementing CRM (Salesforce and K-Risk) and Document Management applications. Apart from this, I was also conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis, Change Request Forms (CRF), and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and closely worked with Project Managers in planning risk analysis and change management plans.
