I am a self motivated and passionate person. I have had the opportunity to serve as a HR/Admin manager in one of the biggest retail outlets in Abuja (Nigeria) with a staff strength of over 150 staff for over 4 years. I was able hone some skills in the process. Some of these skills include: Organization, communication, discretion, recruitment, leadership, problem solving, critical/analytical thinking, teamwork, confidentiality, active listening, etc. I was able to serve exceptionally because of two main values I live by, which are: Love and Integrity. I am also the founder of Salt and Light outreach, a pet project I started back in 2017. We understand that the youth and children are the future and that one’s mindset determines their lifestyles and future eventually. Our goal is to help people discover and explore their gift and potentials and not conform to their environment. So, we go to rural/ underdeveloped areas to organize seminars, one on one consultation/counseling, follow ups etc. we also have a blog where we try to inspire people daily. I completed a program from Alx in August 2022, where we were trained to serve as a virtual assistant to clients who want to ease up their workload. I honed my skills in google workspace, Asana, canvas, slack etc.
