I am a professional exhibition designer and curator in the city of Toronto as well as a professional artist. Possessing advanced terminal University degrees in the visual arts – and with a wealth of local Toronto experience including work at the University of Toronto. I am eager to join this research-intensive artistic community with a focus on creative ideas in contemporary society. I am also eager to join this community of creativity, inquiry, research, conservation, and interaction. I possess a relevant educational background that is ideal for this particular opportunity. I am a bilingual Canadian (Canadian Citizen) with the ability to speak Italian & Spanish, born of the immigrant diaspora, who comes from a multi-generational history of creative artisans. I am also part of an inter-racial family. I possess several advanced University degrees in disciplines pertinent of the job function, including Museum Studies, Curatorial, and Fine Art. These degrees include an MA in Art History and an MFA in Fine Art. Several relevant experiences, including artistic opportunities within the University of Toronto community, have readied me for this position. I have also practiced art conservation and preservation methodologies in various museum contexts ensuring high level responsible art collection care, storage, and knowledge of museum standards for display of artwork with extensive experience in Design and Illustration.
