Arc Welder responsibilities include:
- Cutting and shaping metal using gas torches, hand tools, machines, and power tools
- Assembling components using both manual and semiautomatic welding equipment
- Understanding the properties of different metals and alloys to select the appropriate filler material
- Monitoring the welding process to avoid overheating the metals or melting the fillers
- Interpretation of quality control requirements
- Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring compliance with specifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with interpreting blueprints and drawings to perform welding tasks. They will also be able to work independently and be detail-oriented. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a fast-growing company, this is your role!

Arc Welder skills:
- Proven welding experience
- Able to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Thorough understanding of welding equipment and procedures
- Familiarity with common alloys, metal properties, and welding techniques
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Excellent physical condition and strength to handle heavy workloads
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- High School Diploma or equivalent; certification from a vocational school is a plus.
