Corporation Lawyer responsibilities include:

Corporation Lawyer skills:
- JD or LLB degree
- Admission to state bar
- 3+ years of experience as a lawyer in a corporate setting
- Experience with security systems and data analysis
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
