Factory Tour Guide responsibilities include:
- Arranging and conducting factory tours for visitors
- Introducing visitors to the company's culture and ethos
- Managing visitor flow and ensuring safety at all times
- Helping with the organization of events such as trade fairs
- Leading groups on tours of factories, explaining the manufacturing process and machinery
- Providing information about the history of the factory and its products
- Answering questions from tour participants
The ideal candidate will have experience with researching and identifying potential voters. They will also be able to work independently and be detail-oriented. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a fast-growing company, this is your role!

Factory Tour Guide skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Able to think on your feet and problem-solve
- Detail-oriented

- Patient and able to handle groups of people
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with security systems and data analysis is a plus
- Valid driver's license
