House Carpenter responsibilities include:
- Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the construction project
- Measuring, cutting, shaping and joining materials like wood, drywall and plastic
- Building temporary structures like scaffolding
- Following local building codes and safety standards
- Liaising with other professionals such as electricians and plumbers to ensure timely completion of the project
