Inboard-outboard Motor Mechanic responsibilities include:

  • Testing repaired inboard-outboard motors to ensure they are working properly
  • Maintaining records of all repairs and maintenance work carried out

Inboard-outboard Motor Mechanic skills:

  • Proven experience as an inboard-outboard motor mechanic
  • Excellent knowledge of inboard-outboard motor parts and systems
  • Good understanding of technical drawings and manuals
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical problems
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a vocational school will be a plus
