- Requirements
- Proven work experience as a software development manager or relevant role
- Experience in leading and managing software engineering teams
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and platforms
- Solid working knowledge of agile methodologies
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
