Earn money by performing jobs assigned by Geolance customers. Once an order is completed, get paid within 24 hours via Stripe or bank transfer (depending on which payment method was chosen).

Lead Burner responsibilities include:
- Select appropriate alloys and fillers for each application
- Determine the right temperature and time for soldering process
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Keep records of daily production output
The ideal candidate will have experience with operate soldering equipment to join metals. They will also be able to work independently and be detail-oriented. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a fast-growing company, this is your role!

Lead Burner skills:
- Proven experience as lead burner or similar role
- Ability to operate hand-held tools such as torches and soldering irons
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a lead burning environment
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects
- Good eyesight and steady hand to produce small, precise solder joints
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a vocational school is a plus
