Manual Writer responsibilities include:
- Determining the needs of end users of technical documentation
- Writing easy-to-understand user guides by studying product functions
- Analyzing existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Creating and maintaining the information architecture
- Conducting interviews with subject matter experts
- Revising documents as new issues arise
The ideal candidate will have experience with researching and identifying potential voters. They will also be able to work independently and be detail-oriented. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a fast-growing company, this is your role!

Manual Writer skills:
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with style guides
- Basic HTML knowledge for Web publishing
- Experience with MadCap Flare or other authoring tools a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- B.A. in English, Journalism, Technical Writing or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a technical writer or similar role
