Operations Management Senior Consultant responsibilities include:
- Managing, measuring and improving operational performance in line with company goals and objectives
- Conducting operational audits and writing reports on findings
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and leading process improvement initiatives
- Creating, maintaining and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Training staff on new processes and procedures
- Monitoring compliance with SOPs
- Researching and recommending new methods, technologies or approaches to improve operational efficiency
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
