Radio And Television Service Technician Apprentice responsibilities include:
- Assembling, installing and troubleshooting audio, video and satellite equipment
- Calibrating equipment to achieve optimal sound and picture quality
- Performing maintenance and repairs on audio, video and satellite equipment
- Ensuring that all installations comply with safety standards
- Assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of radio and television equipment, including two-way radios, public address systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras and digital video recorders (DVRs)
- Respond to service requests from customers in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work
