Residential Construction Plumber responsibilities include:
- Assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste drainage systems
- Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs in order to estimate costs
- Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
- Cut, assemble, and install iron, steel, copper, brass, lead, soldered joints or plastic piping to connect fixtures and plumbing equipment
- Inspect installed systems to identify leaks or defects and recommend corrective action
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services to prevent premature deterioration of plumbing systems
- Maintain proper inventory of materials and supplies needed to complete projects in a timely manner

Residential Construction Plumber skills:
- Proven experience as plumber
