Ski Resort Host/hostess responsibilities include:
- Renting and fitting ski equipment
- Answering visitors' questions about the resort

- Collecting money for rentals and other services
- Greeting guests and providing them with information about the resort
- Helping guests plan their stay by providing information about activities, restaurants, and attractions in the area
- Making reservations for guests and coordinating activities such as ski lessons and lift passes
- Ensuring that guests have a positive experience by providing excellent customer service
