Solicitor responsibilities include:
- Examining legal data to establish the best strategy for winning a case
- Researching and anticipating defending or prosecution tactics
- Drafting documents, such as contracts, pleadings and motions
- Building strong cases by investigating facts and gathering evidence
- Representing clients in court and negotiating settlements
- Advising clients on their legal rights and options
- Keep up to date with changes in the law that may affect cases
- Stay abreast of developments in their area of specialty.
The ideal candidate will have experience with researching and identifying potential voters.researching and identifying potential voters.
