User Experience Designer responsibilities include:
- Conducting user research and testing
- Analyzing data to inform design decisions
- Creating wireframes, storyboards and user flows
- Designing and conducting usability studies
- Working with stakeholders to understand their needs
- Project management
The ideal candidate will have experience with researching and identifying potential voters. They will also be able to work independently and be detail-oriented. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a fast-growing company, this is your role!

User Experience Designer skills:
- Wireframing, storyboarding, user flows
- Usability testing
- Data analysis
- Stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of previous design projects
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Balsamiq, Sketch)
- Familiarity with agile development methodology is a plus
