Work Reorganization Consultant responsibilities include:
- Conducting research and analysis to understand a company's current structure, workflows and processes
- Identifying inefficiencies and potential improvements
- Recommending solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity
- Developing Implementation plans
- Overseeing or conducting the implementation of approved changes
- Monitoring progress and conducting post-implementation reviews

Work Reorganization Consultant skills:
- Proven work experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role
- Experience with process mapping and improvement tools, such as BPMN and Six Sigma
- Familiarity with security systems and data analysis
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
